Export multiple structures or calculation reports in a single operation. This page explains how batch export works on Visual Linker and where to do it.
Where to batch export
For linkers, use Batch SMILES to process multiple linker SMILES and get a table (CSV) or ZIP of PDF reports. The 3D viewer exports one structure at a time (PDB, PNG).
