Visual Linker

Getting started with Visual Linker

Visual Linker provides research-grade tools for linker design: flexibility (rotatable bonds), MW, logP, TPSA, Linker Library, and 3D structure viewing (Linker 3D Conformation, PROTAC Linker Fit, ADC Linker Fit). All in the browser; no installation required.

What we offer

Enter linker SMILES to get molecular weight, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds (flexibility), and Lipinski check. Browse the Linker Library for common linkers (PEG, cleavable, ADC linkers) and use them in Linker Properties. Use Batch SMILES for multiple linkers and Hydrophobicity Calculation for peptide/linker hydrophobicity. View linker 3D in Linker 3D Conformation, PROTAC Linker Fit, or ADC Linker Fit; export SDF, PDB, PNG, PDF. Export options: Export formats, Linker Library Export.

Typical workflow

  1. Single linker: Go to Linker Properties, enter linker SMILES (or fetch from PubChem). Get MW, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds, Lipinski, and a PDF report. Export SDF/PDB/PNG when available.
  2. Browse linkers: Use Linker Library to pick linkers; use "Use in Properties" to open Linker Properties with that SMILES, then export.
  3. Many linkers: Use Batch SMILES to paste multiple SMILES and get a table (CSV) or ZIP of PDF reports.
  4. 3D view: Use Linker 3D Conformation to load or generate linker 3D; use PROTAC Linker Fit or ADC Linker Fit for context-specific views. Export PDB or PNG from the viewer.
  5. Export: See Linker Library Export and Export formats for where to export structures and reports.
