ADC Linker Fit

Load ADC or linker–payload PDB to view linker fit in the 3D viewer. Use the main viewer to enter a PDB ID from RCSB or paste a URL to a structure file.

After loading, use the viewer to rotate, zoom, and export the structure as PDB or PNG. For single-structure linker 3D use Linker 3D Conformation; for PROTAC linker conformation use PROTAC Linker Fit. See Export formats and Linker Library Export for details.

Choose PDB file

Select a PDB file to view in the 3D viewer. Rotate, zoom, measure, and export from the viewer bar.

Or load by PDB ID or URL in the 3D Viewer.
