Linker Library Export

Export linker structures and property tables for PROTAC and ADC design. Use Linker Properties for single linkers (SDF, PDB, PNG, PDF) and the Linker Library or Batch SMILES for multiple linkers.

What you can export

PDF — Linker property report (SMILES, MW, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds, Lipinski) from Linker Properties. SDF / PDB / PNG — 3D coordinates and screenshots from the Linker 3D Conformation, PROTAC Linker Fit, or ADC Linker Fit viewer. CSV — Table of linker properties when using Batch SMILES for multiple SMILES.

How to export

  • Linker Properties — Enter linker SMILES (or fetch from PubChem); get MW, logP, TPSA, flexibility; download PDF report. Use export or download for SDF/PDB/PNG when available.
  • Linker Library — Browse common linkers; use "Use in Properties" to open Linker Properties with that SMILES, then export from there. Copy SMILES for your design.
  • Batch SMILES — Paste multiple SMILES (e.g. linkers); get a table and optional CSV or ZIP of PDF reports.
  • Linker 3D Conformation — Load or generate linker 3D; export PDB or PNG from the viewer sidebar.
