What you can export
For linkers you can export 3D structures (SDF or PDB) and screenshots (PNG) from the Linker 3D Conformation, PROTAC Linker Fit, or ADC Linker Fit viewer, and property reports (PDF) with MW, logP, TPSA, flexibility from the Linker Properties tool. Browse the Linker Library and export or copy SMILES. See Linker Library Export for where to export from; see Export formats for SDF, PDB, PNG, PDF.
Where to export from
- Linker Properties (flexibility) — Enter linker SMILES; get MW, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds, Lipinski; download PDF report. Export SDF/PDB/PNG when available.
- Linker Library — Browse common linkers (PEG, VC, cleavable); copy SMILES for Linker Properties or export.
- Batch SMILES — Multiple SMILES; get table and optional CSV or ZIP of PDF reports.
- Hydrophobicity Calculation — Physicochemical properties from sequence or structure; export or record results.
- Linker 3D Conformation — View linker 3D; export PDB or PNG from the viewer.
- PROTAC Linker Fit — Preview linker in PROTAC context; export PNG.
- ADC Linker Fit — Upload or load ADC/linker structure; export PDB or PNG.
