Visual LinkerExport Formats
Visual Linker supports the following export formats. Use the right tool for the format you need; each format is available from specific workflows below.
Supported formats
- PDB (Protein Data Bank format)
Download the 3D structure (coordinates). Available from the 3D Viewer sidebar.
- PNG
Screenshot of the current 3D view. Use the Export PNG button in the viewer.
- PDF
Property reports (from Tools or Batch) can be downloaded as PDF for lab or publication.
Where to export from
- Linker Properties — PDF report (SMILES, MW, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds, Lipinski); SDF/PDB/PNG when available.
- Linker Library — Browse linkers; copy SMILES for Linker Properties or export.
- Batch SMILES — Table + CSV; optional ZIP of PDF reports.
- Linker 3D Conformation — PDB, PNG (and SDF when supported) for linker 3D.
- PROTAC Linker Fit — PNG of linker/conformation view.
- ADC Linker Fit — PDB, PNG for uploaded linker/ADC structure.
- Linker Library Export — How to export linker structures and property tables.
