Tutorials
Short step-by-step guides to get the most out of Visual Linker. Start with Linker Properties and the Linker Library, then use Batch SMILES for multiple linkers and the 3D viewer for linker conformation.
- Linker Properties (flexibility)
Enter linker SMILES (or fetch from PubChem) to get MW, logP, TPSA, rotatable bonds (flexibility), and Lipinski check. Download a PDF report; export SDF/PDB/PNG when available. Use for single-linker design and PROTAC/ADC linker screening.
- Linker Library
Browse common linkers (PEG, cleavable, non-cleavable, ADC linkers). Copy SMILES or use "Use in Properties" to open Linker Properties with that SMILES, then export. Use for quick selection and comparison.
- Batch SMILES
Paste multiple linker SMILES (one per line). Get a table of properties and optional CSV or ZIP of PDF reports. Use for screening sets or comparing many linkers at once.
- Hydrophobicity Calculation
Enter a peptide or linker sequence/structure to get hydrophobicity and physicochemical properties. Use for peptide–linker conjugates or when you need solubility and GRAVY-style metrics.
- Linker 3D Conformation
Load or generate linker 3D from SMILES. View in the browser, then export PDB or PNG from the viewer sidebar. For PROTAC context use PROTAC Linker Fit; for ADC use ADC Linker Fit.
- PROTAC Linker Fit
Multi-frame linker/conformation preview in PROTAC context. Load a preset or your own structure; export PNG. For single-structure linker 3D use Linker 3D Conformation.
- ADC Linker Fit
Upload your linker or ADC structure (PDB/SDF). View and export PDB or PNG. Use for antibody–linker–payload visualization and export.
- Linker Library Export
Export linker structures (SDF, PDB, PNG) and property reports (PDF, CSV). Use after Linker Properties, Linker Library, or Batch SMILES. See Export formats for file types.
